Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Examine current business workflows within the assigned area and convert operational needs into effective system-based processes.
• Investigate application issues, identify underlying causes, and coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
• Create and carry out test plans, business scenarios, and regression checks to confirm system performance and process accuracy.
• Record defects thoroughly, verify corrective actions, and assist with readiness activities ahead of production deployment.
• Support data mapping, data review, and cleanup efforts to help maintain reliable master data and strengthen governance practices.
• Prepare user guides, standard procedures, and training content that enable employees to adopt updated tools and ways of working.
• Deliver end-user training and communicate revised process expectations in a clear and practical manner.
• Assist with deployment planning, provide on-site support during launch activities, and help stabilize operations after go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, logistics, quality, engineering, and finance to align business requirements with technical execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance process consistency.
Qualifications:
• Experience in business analysis within a manufacturing or operational environment.• Ability to review business processes, document findings, and translate requirements into structured workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate system-related issues.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including script creation, execution, defect tracking, and validation.
• Familiarity with documentation development such as work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with data review, validation, or governance activities is preferred.
• Availability to work on site in Malden, Massachusetts four days per week.
Compensation
