Recruiter
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support hiring for technical and product-driven roles in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This position will focus on identifying strong talent for engineering and platform teams while working closely with senior leaders to align recruiting efforts with business needs.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, brings sound judgment in evaluating technical profiles, and communicates effectively with both hiring teams and candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and offer coordination.
• Partner with senior engineering and development leadership to clarify hiring priorities, refine role expectations, and shape effective search strategies.
• Review resumes and assess candidate backgrounds for positions such as software engineering, quality assurance, and cloud-focused roles.
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for marketplace and platform-oriented positions that support a technology-enabled business.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and help move searches forward with urgency and organization.
• Evaluate talent with an understanding of engineering environments, digital platforms, and business-to-consumer service models.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within recruiting systems such as Workday or similar tools.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate or agency environments.
• Background recruiting for technical roles, including engineering, QA, cloud, or platform-focused positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and candidate management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of marketplace, platform, or B2C-oriented businesses is highly valued.
Compensation
