Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a REMOTE Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations for a Financial Services organization. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys keeping recruiting activities organized and on schedule. The person in this role will help create a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and assisting with onboarding-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while ensuring timely communication and calendar accuracy.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and keep candidate information, interview updates, and hiring activity current and organized.
• Support recruiting efforts throughout the hiring process by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks tied to full cycle recruiting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate experience and keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute interview details using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to support virtual and onsite meeting logistics.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to help new hires complete required steps before their start date.
• Track recruiting activity and compile basic hiring data using Microsoft Excel to support reporting and team visibility.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related corporate recruiting function.• Hands-on experience scheduling interviews in a high-volume or fast-moving business environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and the ability to manage recruitment data accurately.
• Working knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes and onboarding coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with candidates and internal teams.
Compensation
