Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a short-term Contract assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this role, you will help organize and input business banking information by reviewing online sources, capturing documentation, and updating records with a high level of accuracy. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative or data entry experience who works efficiently and pays close attention to detail. The expected duration of this Contract position is 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Collect required information from company website sources and prepare it for accurate record entry.
• Capture screenshots of relevant online details and maintain organized documentation for reference.
• Enter and update text-based data in designated business records with precision.
• Review submitted information for completeness and correct inconsistencies before finalizing entries.
• Support data transfer and record cleanup activities tied to business banking updates.
• Maintain a steady workflow while handling repetitive tasks within established timelines.
• Communicate any missing or unclear information to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar detail-focused position.
• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information quickly and accurately.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to identify errors or incomplete information.
• Basic proficiency with websites, screen capture tools, and standard office software.
• Ability to manage a short-term workload independently and meet deadlines consistently
