Sr Service Desk
Responsibilities:
• Deliver remote technical assistance to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Provide attentive support to employees and senior stakeholders, ensuring a detail-oriented and service-oriented experience with every interaction.
• Record incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately within support documentation systems.
• Escalate complex technical problems when needed and coordinate with internal teams to drive issues through to resolution.
• Monitor incoming service requests, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain consistent response times across multiple support channels.
• Guide users through remote access and other standard technology tools, helping them remain productive with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to operational continuity by supporting service desk processes and assisting with technical changes as assigned.
• Uphold a consistent and detail-oriented approach that aligns with a structured workplace culture and high-touch support expectations.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or service desk support role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of users.
• Experience providing remote support and troubleshooting technical issues without onsite interaction.
• Ability to create detailed, accurate documentation for incidents, solutions, and user communications.
• Comfortable supporting executive-level users with discretion, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly and determine appropriate next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency.
Compensation
