Product Manager
Responsibilities:
• Act as the central point of coordination among business stakeholders, court leadership, internal technology teams, and outside development partners to ensure shared understanding and execution.
• Elicit, organize, and refine business needs by developing clear requirements, workflow documentation, process maps, and supporting project records.
• Oversee collaboration with third-party vendors, track progress against deliverables, and address communication gaps that could affect timelines or outcomes.
• Evaluate current product workflows to uncover usability, process, and functional issues, then recommend solutions that improve effectiveness and user experience.
• Contribute to enhancement efforts for web and mobile applications by supporting user research, usability reviews, testing activities, and release readiness.
• Monitor project health by identifying urgent issues, surfacing risks early, and helping teams maintain momentum across active initiatives.
• Record key business and technical decisions, including operational guidance and rationale behind selected approaches or technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to support AI-enabled mobile and digital product initiatives and help define opportunities for future expansion into additional service areas.
• Translate user feedback and operational insights into prioritized product enhancements that support long-term adoption and growth.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, business analysis, or a closely related role supporting digital products.• Demonstrated ability to create thorough documentation, including requirements, workflows, process maps, and decision records.
• Strong technical understanding of web applications, mobile platforms, cloud-based environments, and integrated product solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and converting complex business processes into actionable product or technical plans.
• Ability to assess proposed solutions critically, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements based on business and user needs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira, including backlog refinement, issue tracking, and coordination across teams.
• Experience supporting UX-focused activities such as user research, usability evaluation, testing coordination, or feedback analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
