Office Assistant
Our client, a small manufacturing company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a fully onsite position, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm supporting day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment. Available to start immediately, as early as Monday, July 13.
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoices
- Perform accurate data entry
- Assist with project coordination
- Process customer orders
- Help manage inventory
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
- Multitask across priorities in a busy office setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an office setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Ability to lift 10–30 pounds occasionally, when needed
Compensation
