Office Assistant

We are seeking an Office Assistant for a part-time, ongoing long-term onsite role. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time hours, including a college student seeking work experience.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Process incoming and outgoing packages
• Greet and assist customers
• Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of office experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable working in an onsite office environment
