Collections Representative

We are seeking a Collections Representative to join our team in a fully onsite position. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound collection-related calls
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding past-due accounts and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate account notes and update customer records
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy
• Use Microsoft Office Suite to track, document, and manage account activity
• Work closely with team members and internal departments to resolve account issues

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• Previous call center experience strongly preferred
• Prior collections experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
