Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hardware recruiting to help scale critical engineering and operations teams for a technology organization. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across hardware disciplines, including product development, manufacturing, systems, firmware, and related technical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hardware-focused roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and hiring priorities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find hardware talent
- Recruit for positions such as hardware engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, manufacturing engineers, and supply chain-related technical roles
- Screen candidates for technical experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with role requirements
- Develop strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress in the applicant tracking system
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, talent availability, and competitive recruiting strategies
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with direct experience recruiting for hardware roles
- Proven success hiring for positions in areas such as hardware design, embedded systems, electronics, firmware, manufacturing, or product engineering
- Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles and technical skill sets
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Skilled in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other recruiting tools
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
