Staff Accountant - Full-Time Engagement Professional
Are you an experienced Staff Accountant who enjoys variety, learning new businesses, and making an immediate impact? Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Professionals (F-TEP) practice is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our salaried consulting team! As a Full-Time Engagement Professional, you'll be a full-time employee of Robert Half, supporting our clients on interim accounting and finance projects throughout the Fort Worth and surrounding DFW market. You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries, systems, and accounting environments while enjoying the stability and benefits of full-time employment.
What You'll Do:
- General ledger maintenance
- Journal entries and accruals
- Account and bank reconciliations
- Month-end and year-end close
- Financial statement preparation
- Fixed asset accounting
- Sales and use tax filings
- Audit preparation and support
- Variance analysis
- Ad hoc reporting
- ERP system utilization
- Process improvement initiatives
- Adapt quickly to new systems and environments
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines

This role requires the flexibility to work onsite at client locations throughout the Fort Worth area (typically within a 30-mile commute). If you enjoy solving problems, learning new businesses, and becoming the go-to accounting professional clients can depend on, we'd love to talk with you!
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or other related coursework, preferred not required
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in staff-level positions/roles
- Experience working in at least 1-2 accounting & finance ERP systems, preferred not required
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel, ability to execute lookups and pivots at a minimum
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Excellent technology and computer skills
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
