Human Resources Coordinator

Robert Half is partnering with a respected North County company that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a busy HR department. This position provides excellent exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about supporting employees, and eager to grow within the human resources field. This role offers mentorship from experienced HR leaders and exposure to a wide variety of employee-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities and interview schedules
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Process employment documentation and employee status changes
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
• Maintain personnel files and HR databases
• Generate HR reports and metrics
• Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives
• Assist with training coordination and compliance documentation
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR programs and policies
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
