Sr. Executive Assistant
Our client, an innovative leader in the enterprise AI software industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted partner within the Office of the CEO, serving as an extension of the executive's voice while managing high-level communications, priorities, and strategic follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000–$250,000, depending on experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's incoming communications across email and other channels.
- Review, categorize, and triage correspondence from executives, board members, investors, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, executive correspondence, presentations, memos, and follow-up communications in the CEO's voice with exceptional attention to tone and accuracy.
- Track executive commitments, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through and completion.
- Coordinate closely with the Office of the CEO to align communications with meetings, scheduling, and executive priorities.
- Route information efficiently to executive leadership, legal, finance, communications, and other departments to drive timely execution.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling highly sensitive strategic, financial, and executive information.
- Anticipate executive needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and proactively develop solutions.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Communications, Chief of Staff, or comparable experience supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to confidently write in another executive's voice.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong judgment regarding executive priorities, confidentiality, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to work with senior executives, board members, investors, and external business partners with professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Experience leveraging modern AI tools to improve executive productivity; familiarity with Claude or similar AI platforms is highly preferred.
- Flexible schedule with availability during early mornings and evenings to support executive priorities across multiple time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience supporting the CEO of a public company or rapidly growing technology organization.
- Background in executive communications, journalism, public relations, or another writing-intensive profession.
- Experience working within a CEO Office or Executive Leadership Team environment.
Compensation
