Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate staff members or meeting areas.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering inbound calls promptly, screening inquiries, and transferring calls accurately.
• Maintain an orderly front office environment and ensure reception coverage during scheduled part-time hours.
• Take clear messages, relay information to team members, and follow up as needed to support smooth communication.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as handling mail, monitoring office supplies, and supporting general clerical needs.
• Respond to routine questions from callers and guests while providing attentive service that reflects the firm positively.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system handling up to 10 lines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to phone interactions.
• Experience managing inbound calls efficiently and accurately.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work a part-time schedule.
• Organized approach to daily tasks with solid attention to detail.
Compensation
