Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting. This role will assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. Based on general knowledge.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Based on general knowledge.
• Prepare financial reports and support financial statement preparation. Based on general knowledge.
• Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies. Based on general knowledge.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed. Based on general knowledge.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Based on general knowledge.
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation. Based on general knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Based on general knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Based on general knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Based on general knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Based on general knowledge
