This role can be based in Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Marketing Design Coordinator prepares print collateral, web-based graphics, and video edits including creating video animation. Creates and modifies graphics within existing templates, including general firm advertisements, newsletters, web/social media graphics, event invitations, covers and signage, general flyers, brochures, presentations, and misc graphics. Creates new graphics from scratch. Coordinates with and provides technical guidance to business development team members, attorneys, and staff regarding graphic design and compatibility within existing templates. Applies strong creative abilities and a deep understanding of design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Ceros) to provide design solutions for all offices, domestically and internationally. Ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of the position.
Client Service
- Consistently model the Firm's Client Service Principles through professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality work.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients by responding promptly, anticipating needs, and promoting a client-focused approach.
Application of Designed Materials
- Create, update, and standardize marketing and graphic materials, including print, digital, web, social media, video, podcasts, presentations, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with attorneys, business development managers, and internal clients to define project needs, maintain templates, and gather project resources.
- Support the Director of Creative Services by improving marketing templates, creative materials, and workflows.
- Ensure consistent application of the Firm's brand standards and provide guidance on brand usage.
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations using Pitch Hub.
- Develop and maintain web and social media graphics using established design standards.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate graphic production projects from concept through final production, including reviews, approvals, proofreading, and vendor management.
- Prepare production-ready files and manage print and digital production with external vendors.
- Communicate project updates, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely completion.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant materials.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree, design school certificate, or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in print and digital design using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and HTML email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong commitment to client service and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work while following established standards and instructions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and non-technical audiences using appropriate communication methods (in person, video conference, phone, or email).

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
New York salary range: $70k to $99k
Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $67k to $93k
