This individual will serve as the operational backbone for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and cross-functional administrative services, leveraging a multi-ERP environment including NetSuite, Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), Epicor, and Compaqí (CONTPAQi). The role will oversee the bank reconciliations and transaction recording, accounts payable, accounts receivable (including collections and credit validation), fixed assets, and inventory reconciliations across all Forgent entities.

A critical mandate of this role is to serve as a key organizational lead for the enterprise-wide implementation of Coupa, driving procurement transformation, spend visibility, and process standardization across all entities. The Director will work in close partnership with the CAO, controller, COO, IT leadership, and entity General Managers to deliver scalable, cost-effective shared services that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ERP rationalization efforts and identify opportunities to standardize processes across platforms where feasible.

• Collaborate with IT to manage system upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution across all ERP environments.

• Maintain robust intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes across US and Mexican entities.

Coupa Implementation Leadership

• Serve as one of the primary business leads for the enterprise Coupa implementation, representing Shared Services in all workstream discussions.

• Lead change management, user adoption, and training initiatives related to Coupa P2P, Sourcing, and Expense modules.

• Define procurement policies and approval workflows within Coupa, aligned to entity-specific authority matrices.

• Partner with the Coupa project team, systems integrator, and IT to ensure successful go-live and post-deployment optimization.

• Establish Coupa governance standards, supplier onboarding protocols, and catalog management processes.

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely close processes across all entities, supporting consolidated reporting under US GAAP.

• Oversee compliance with Mexican fiscal requirements including SAT e-invoicing (CFDI), tax declarations, and CONTPAQi statutory reporting.

• Maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-aligned documentation for all shared services functions.

• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, and cross-border payment processing.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, eliminate redundancy, and improve accuracy across shared functions.

• Champion automation and digital transformation efforts in AP, AR, payroll, and reporting workflows.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all shared services activities.

• Benchmark shared services performance against industry standards and implement best practices.
