As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunications construction projects from initiation to close-out. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements. In this role, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractor performance, and client communication. You’ll also provide leadership to field teams, resolve problems, manage resources, track milestones, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete. This role requires strong industry knowledge, operational leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you’ll do
Lead and manage telecommunications construction projects from planning through close-out
Supervise, develop, and provide strong leadership to field teams and subcontractors
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and material needs
Review project plans, documentation, and daily progress to ensure accuracy, quality, safety, and compliance with company and customer standards
Oversee permitting, materials procurement, equipment coordination, and job-site logistics
Implement, manage, and improve project processes and workflows to support efficient execution and successful project completion
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to support project needs and timelines
Monitor field operations, proactively identify issues, and implement timely resolutions to maintain progress and profitability
Enforce safety standards, support jobsite safety compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across all project locations
Prepare and maintain project updates, reporting logs, and close-out documentation ensuring accurate and timely information flow
Manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving
Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to leadership and customers
What you’ll need
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screen
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of telecommunications/utility construction project management experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising field crews or subcontractors
Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and construction tracking software/tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, customers, and vendors
Ability to perform well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and make sound decisions in the field
