Major/Essential Functions
- Program and project management: Oversee the assigned day-to-day operations and logistics of the program. This includes creating schedules, analyzing and presenting data and assist in the development and tracking of program KPI's.
- Financial oversight: Ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. Track expenditures, handle invoices, and process travel.
- Communication and reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between program staff, stakeholders, partners, and other departments.
- Administrative:
- Oversees the Mobile Health Unit and implements quality control measures to monitor service delivery to enhance the efficiency of mobile outreach efforts. Ensures timely reporting.
- Oversees the integrity of program records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintains data entry and inventory management.
- Facilitates seamless departmental communication by organizing staff meetings, stakeholder briefings, and community events.
- Compliance and policy: Ensure that the program operates in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Occasional Duties
- Other projects as assigned when needed to support program outcomes.
