Major/Essential Functions
Operational oversight, clinical leadership and patient advocate.
Occasional Duties
- Staff management- Hiring, training, mentoring and performing evaluations for clinical staff (Patient Services Staff).
- Operational oversight- managing the day to day operations, optimizing patient flow, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Quality and compliance - ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (state, federal) to include HIPAA compliance.
- Financial compliance - managing departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
- Clinical workflow - Enhance optimization of clinical workflow, scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience to equal seven years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior experience managing clinical office
