At Northrop Grumman, the work we do every day helps shape the future of aerospace, national defense, and scientific discovery. Our teams develop the technologies that enable manned and unmanned aircraft systems, protect national security, and expand the boundaries of what’s possible.

Behind every breakthrough is exceptional talent.

We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) who is ready to play a critical role in building the teams that power our mission. This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact.

The entry-level TABP will own full life cycle recruiting supporting our Aeronautics sector. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire high-quality technical talent and play a key role in shaping how we grow our workforce.

This role will be co-located with one of our Aeronautics site locations. On‑site support will be required as business needs permit, and occasional travel as needed.
