Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with accuracy and a service-focused approach.
• Place outbound calls as needed to confirm details, provide updates, and support ongoing customer requests.
• Process customer orders and enter information into internal systems with close attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments while ensuring all relevant parties receive timely updates.
• Handle email communication promptly, clearly, and in a manner that supports strong customer relationships.
• Maintain organized records through consistent data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
• Assist showroom visitors by answering questions, providing guidance, and creating a welcoming experience.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare, update, and manage routine customer service documentation and tracking.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are addressed efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing role.• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to make outbound calls for follow-up, coordination, and customer support purposes.
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage information accurately across multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in a business environment.
• Clear written communication skills for detailed and accurate email correspondence.
• Experience with order entry, appointment scheduling, or related administrative support activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
