Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client, a mid-size and very stable company, is seeking a full-charge bookkeeper due to an upcoming retirement. Our client has a great culture, competitive compensation package and amazing medical benefits which the company pays 100% of the premiums for the employee and family!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, coding, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
- Support payroll administration by entering new employees into the payroll system and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with new hire paperwork and other routine human resources administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with accounting and payroll software/ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation
$65,000.00-$80,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
