Administrative Coordinator
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Education & Workforce Development (EWD) Coordinator to support a variety of workforce development and grant-funded programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder communication, event support, and administrative operations within a mission-driven environment.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid, primarily remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support multiple workforce development and educational programs.
Manage project schedules, meetings, communications, and documentation.
Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting summaries, and status reports.
Track program data, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Maintain project dashboards, databases, and shared resources.
Serve as a point of contact for program partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Support onboarding, contracting, and documentation processes.
Assist with workshops, training sessions, events, and other program activities.
Provide administrative and logistical support to leadership and project teams.
Support special projects and initiatives that further workforce development goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Education, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field.
Associate degree and/or equivalent experience will be considered.
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, program support, administrative coordination, workforce development, education, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Background check and U.S. Citizenship required.
Compensation
