Guest Services Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Manage an active caseload of clients participating in Medicaid-related service programs and maintain accurate, timely coordination of their care needs.
• Guide new referrals and intake activities from initial contact through service setup, helping clients gain access to appropriate support in an efficient manner.
• Review client situations regularly, update service plans when needs change, and arrange assessments or home visits when required.
• Work closely with providers, referral sources, and other stakeholders to support smooth delivery of in-home services and resolve coordination issues.
• Support daily office operations by addressing client questions, advocating for service needs, and helping maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Respond to service concerns and elevated complaints with professionalism, using sound judgment to reach practical resolutions.
• Complete enrollments and related documentation in required program platforms and web-based systems while keeping records current and compliant.
• Represent the organization at community events, stakeholder meetings, and outreach activities to build awareness and strengthen referral relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology, or a related field.• At least 3 years of experience supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, or similar client populations is preferred.
• Working knowledge of client intake, service coordination, and case management practices in regulated care settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with clients, caregivers, providers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle detailed documentation.
• Comfort using computers, web-based platforms, and standard office systems to maintain records and track service activity.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, dependable attendance, and a consistent commitment to customer service.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Compensation
