Front Desk Coordinator - 3 Days A Week
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, answer front desk inquiries, and help maintain an orderly and detail-focused reception area.
• Review employee expense submissions for completeness and accuracy before routing them for next steps.
• Prepare reimbursement paperwork and coordinate submission to the appropriate purchasing contacts.
• Manage approved travel arrangements and purchasing-related requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the remote Operations Manager to support day-to-day office priorities and task follow-up.
• Assist with general administrative work such as document preparation, correspondence, and basic office coordination.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a reception, front desk, or administrative support role is preferred.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage routine tasks consistently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently, follow established instructions, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Reliable professionalism and basic office skills suited to a customer-facing environment.
Compensation
