billing Specialist – M& A Integration (Remote)
National financial services firm seeking experienced TPA billing expert for specialized M& A integration role. You'll lead billing workstreams for newly acquired companies, mapping legacy fee schedules, reconciling plan-level data, and migrating billing into enterprise systems.
Requirements: Advanced TPA billing expertise (per-participant fees, compliance service fees, revenue-share structures). Strong GAAP and AR knowledge. Experience with plan-level billing, annual compliance billing, plan terminations, and distribution fees. High proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP. Proven M& A integration experience in retirement plan or financial services industry. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication ability, especially explaining billing concepts to non-billing teams.
Preferred: Background in TPA, recordkeeper, or retirement plan administration. Experience with system migrations and post-acquisition integration. Ability to create SOPs and integration documentation.

Compensation
