Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and drive the social media direction across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and new channels as they emerge.
• Create campaign plans that support event promotions, artist appearances, brand collaborations, and ongoing venue programming.
• Track performance metrics, evaluate audience behavior, and adjust content approaches using analytics and reporting insights.
• Manage day-to-day audience interaction by maintaining a consistent brand voice and ensuring timely community engagement.
• Supervise and support the social media team, offering direction, feedback, and leadership in a high-energy environment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and creative contributors to develop photo, video, and short-form content designed for mobile audiences.
• Provide live social coverage during events, performances, and activations while ensuring strong real-time storytelling from the venue.
• Maintain a forward-looking content calendar that keeps messaging aligned with upcoming programming and marketing priorities.
• Guide creative development for captions, trend-driven content, short-form video, and collaborations with external creators.
• Work on-site in Miami, Florida with availability for evening and weekend coverage based on event schedules.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in nightlife-focused social media management, or 4 years in a social media agency setting.• Demonstrated success managing digital content for nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or other high-visibility lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of social platform best practices, audience development, campaign planning, and trend identification.
• Hands-on ability to create and edit mobile-first photo and video content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or comparable applications.
• Experience with publishing and reporting tools including Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide team members and coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creators.
• Excellent communication, organization, and detail management skills in a fast-moving, on-site environment.
• Availability to work fully on-site in Miami, Florida, including nights and weekends as required by the event schedule.
Compensation
