Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Prepare pricing information and quotations for the sales team, ensuring details are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Track customer orders and vendor commitments closely to help maintain smooth fulfillment and availability.
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding order progress, delivery timing, and related service questions.
• Address order discrepancies and shipping concerns by coordinating with sales partners, vendors, and leadership to reach effective solutions.
• Enter and maintain order information within company systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and assist with outbound follow-up as needed to support service and sales activities.
• Prioritize multiple requests at once while keeping tasks organized and moving them through completion.
• Contribute to a team-oriented workplace by sharing responsibilities and adapting to changing workload demands.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, retail, or a similar fast-paced client-facing setting.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort using computer systems for order entry, tracking, and day-to-day administrative support.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail when handling quotes, orders, and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to manage several priorities at once, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, dependable, and service-focused approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Background or familiarity with textiles, interior design, or fine art is preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer support capacity is a plus.
