Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily lot activity by guiding staff assignments, overseeing vehicle movement, and helping keep the area clean and well organized.
• Welcome customers upon arrival, provide clear directions, respond to questions, and create a detail-focused and friendly experience.
• Promote a safe environment by following site procedures, reinforcing operating standards, and addressing issues as they arise.
• Manage parking availability and traffic patterns to support efficient entry, exit, and overall lot flow.
• Handle customer concerns effectively, using sound judgment to resolve issues quickly.
• Inspect lot equipment and surrounding areas regularly, reporting maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Support onboarding and coaching for new team members to encourage consistent service and operational practices.
• Maintain accurate daily records related to lot usage, attendance, and other operational activities.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated strength in customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.• Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or team coordination role is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Strong organizational skills and practical problem-solving ability.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
Compensation
