HR Generalist

Compensation: $55 to $72 Yearly

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a growing manufacturing environment in Kenyon, Minnesota. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day HR operations while helping employees and managers navigate core people processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and payroll coordination, along with confidence working in HR systems within a production-focused business.


Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, offering guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and employee-related concerns.

• Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring paperwork, orientation activities, and initial employment steps are completed accurately and on time.

• Administer employee records and HR documentation, maintaining organized and compliant files throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, updates, employee questions, and related follow-up activities.

• Process or coordinate weekly payroll activities with close attention to accuracy, timeliness, and proper recordkeeping.

• Manage employee relations matters by responding to concerns, assisting with issue resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.

• Maintain and update information in HRIS platforms, including systems such as Epicor and PrismHR, to ensure reliable employee and payroll data.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve HR administrative workflows and help implement process updates when needed.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role.
• Working knowledge of employee relations practices, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits coordination.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee information in digital systems.
• Familiarity with Epicor, PrismHR, or comparable HR and payroll software.
• Ability to support weekly payroll processing with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.

Compensation

$55,000.00-$72,000.00 Yearly
