HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting employees and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters, including coaching managers, resolving workplace concerns, and conducting investigations.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner with leadership to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
- Assist with benefits administration, HR reporting, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a human resources generalist or closely related HR support role.• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and day-to-day HR administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding coordination and benefits-related processes.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS systems to manage employee information and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with employees and internal partners.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation
