Property Administrator

We are looking for a Property Administrator to provide contract support for a busy residential community. In this role, you will work closely with the Property Manager to help maintain smooth daily operations across a multi-unit property. The position combines resident-facing leasing assistance with administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who is organized, service-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Property Manager to support the day-to-day administrative needs of a multi-unit residential community.

• Guide prospective residents through property tours and present community features in a thorough and welcoming manner.

• Track leasing activity and follow up with applicants to help move agreements through the approval and signing process.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain leasing documents, resident records, and other property-related files with accuracy.

• Respond to routine inquiries from prospects, residents, and vendors while ensuring timely communication and service.

• Assist with general office coordination, including data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or residential community administration.
• Ability to support leasing functions, including prospect tours, application follow-up, and lease documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with residents and prospects.
• Proficiency with property management platforms such as Entrata or similar systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment and collaborating closely with property leadership.

Compensation

$18.00-$20.00 Hourly
