Workplace Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors by providing detail-oriented reception coverage and a positive arrival experience.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries appropriately, and respond to routine front-desk needs with accuracy and care.
• Maintain pantry and common areas by monitoring supplies, coordinating restocking needs, and helping ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Prepare catering for meetings and events, including setup before gatherings and breakdown afterward to keep operations running efficiently.
• Reset meeting rooms between uses by arranging furniture, refreshing materials, and confirming each space is prepared for the next group.
• Support day-to-day workplace coordination for a busy office with regularly onsite employees and shared seating arrangements.
• Partner with onsite team members to address workplace requests, assist with office services, and help maintain a high-quality employee experience.
• Assist with general administrative and site support tasks as needed to ensure consistent front-of-house and hospitality coverage.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in reception, front desk, workplace services, or a similar customer-facing office support role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system and handle inbound calls in a detail-focused manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, service-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable supporting meeting logistics, pantry upkeep, and general office hospitality tasks.
• Reliable presence with the ability to work effectively in an onsite office environment.
• Basic administrative and computer skills to manage daily workplace coordination responsibilities.
Compensation
