Sourcer- Production
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for corporate and engineering positions using direct outreach, networking, and other targeted sourcing methods.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role priorities, define candidate profiles, and align on effective recruiting plans.
• Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and consistent workflow movement.
• Evaluate resumes and candidate backgrounds, conduct initial outreach and screening, and present well-matched talent for consideration.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Use related recruiting tools to support hiring operations, reporting, and process consistency.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and support hiring-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates' assemblers, quality managers and production.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidate records, and hiring activity.
• Familiarity with similar recruiting and HR platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Organized, self-directed approach with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
