Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to support partner-facing business operations in Burlingame, California. This is a Long-term Contract position focused on reporting accuracy, partner onboarding, data review, and operational support within a partner portal environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a service-minded approach to resolve partner inquiries, monitor tool usage, and help maintain reliable business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee pipeline reporting activities by reviewing partner-submitted opportunities and confirming they meet defined approval standards.
• Examine partner-entered records for completeness and accuracy, validating key data fields and identifying discrepancies that require correction.
• Coordinate the setup and onboarding of new partners into the portal, ensuring they are properly enabled and prepared to use the system effectively.
• Respond to partner questions and troubleshoot portal-related issues with clear, timely communication and practical solutions.
• Prepare analysis on system activity, reporting trends, and usage metrics to support operational decision-making.
• Monitor lead distribution practices within the partner portal and verify that routing rules are applied and documented correctly.
• Assist with ongoing administration, updates, and maintenance tasks to support stable and efficient tool performance.
• Collaborate with business operations and sales operations stakeholders to improve reporting quality and strengthen process consistency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business analysis, business systems, sales operations, or a related operational support function.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret metrics and work with quantitative information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Google Sheets is a plus.
• Background in auditing records, reviewing data elements, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in system-based processes.
• Ability to manage onboarding activities and support external partners through process and tool-related questions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with partner programs, lead management practices, or portal-based workflows is preferred.

Compensation

$25.00-$27.00 Hourly
