Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support a wide range of creative projects in Santa Ana, California. This Contract position focuses on developing high-quality visual materials for both print and digital use while partnering closely with marketing stakeholders to turn ideas into effective design solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong production skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
• Create visual assets for marketing and brand initiatives, including advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, logos, and digital graphics.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to gather project needs, refine creative direction, and translate feedback into effective design updates.
• Coordinate with print vendors throughout the production process, from file preparation through final delivery and fulfillment.
• Manage multiple incoming projects at once, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain organized creative files and contribute to digital asset management practices to support efficient access and version control.
• Review content carefully for visual quality, formatting, spelling, and grammar before release.
• Apply Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high-quality layouts, image edits, and branded materials for varied campaign needs.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrated ability to design and produce materials for both print and digital channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle requests from multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to spelling, grammar, and detail.
• Experience developing collateral such as brochures and other branded marketing pieces.
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, such as Bynder or similar systems, is preferred.

Compensation

$23.75-$27.50 Hourly
