Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a detail-oriented and helpful approach throughout each interaction.
• Investigate customer questions and resolve concerns related to program activity by gathering details and providing clear information.
• Record thorough and accurate notes from each customer interaction in the designated tracking system on a daily basis.
• Alert the team lead to sensitive, urgent, or unresolved matters so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
• Guide customers through payment processes, including support for credit card transactions connected to violations.
• Review email and internal communication channels each day to stay informed and respond to messages as needed.
• Complete additional customer service and administrative tasks assigned to support team operations.
• Enter and update customer information accurately while maintaining organized service records.
Qualifications:
• Experience handling inbound customer calls in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately through data entry and written notes.
• Comfortable assisting customers with payment-related questions and transaction support.
• Proficiency with email correspondence and standard Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and determine appropriate next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
Compensation
