Property Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day management activities for assigned residential and commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well maintained and operations run smoothly.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting positive tenant relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to keep properties safe, functional, and visually presentable.
• Monitor lease obligations, occupancy levels, and property-related records to support consistent operational performance.
• Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on issues that require corrective action or preventive attention.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to property operations and service contracts.
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with applicable housing guidelines, including HUD-related requirements where necessary.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support leasing activity, renewals, and overall property administration.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties in a detail-oriented setting.• Working knowledge of property operations, tenant services, lease administration, and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with HUD regulations or housing compliance standards relevant to property management.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, respond to issues promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard business software and property management systems used for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to support property performance through practical problem-solving and operational oversight.
Compensation
