Enterprise Application Developer

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Application Developer / Zoho Developer to join our growing technology team. This role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting business applications within the Zoho ecosystem while helping drive process automation and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong Zoho platform expertise, web development experience, and a passion for delivering scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho platform, including Zoho Creator, CRM, and related products.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and integrations to support business operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Optimize existing applications and workflows to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom code using JavaScript, Python, Deluge, and other applicable technologies.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Assist with data migration, system implementations, and application enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and best-practice standards.
• Provide application support and training to end users as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to deliver successful technology initiatives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting applications within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho applications.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript, Python, Deluge, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience building system integrations and working with relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of application security, data governance, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing workflow automation and business process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise systems and business-critical applications.
• Zoho certifications or related technical certifications are a plus.

Compensation

$85,000.00-$100,000.00 Yearly
