Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy legal team in North Dallas. This role focuses on commercial real estate and corporate matters, with responsibility for document preparation, filings, research, and matter coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of Texas filing processes, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of legal materials, including contracts, corporate documents, formal filings, and client correspondence.

• Organize and maintain matter-related records so legal documents and supporting materials are accurately stored and easy to retrieve.

• Assemble closing binders and track documentation associated with transactional closings.

• Perform research involving deeds, probate matters, and property records to support ongoing legal work.

• Coordinate business entity formations, reinstatements, and related submissions with the Texas Secretary of State and Texas Comptroller.

• Manage electronic filings, court submissions, and key procedural dates to help keep matters on schedule.

• Examine title commitments and related due diligence documents to assist attorneys with transaction review.

• Proficiency with (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Westlaw and Clio strongly preferred

• Comfortable interacting with client, courts, and attorney

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of commercial real estate experience as a paralegal supporting commercial real estate, title, leasing, financing, or related transactional matters.

• Working knowledge of records and filing procedures involving the Texas Secretary of State, Texas Comptroller, and county clerk offices.

• Experience handling legal document drafting, court or agency filings, and deadline-driven matter coordination.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and legal e-filing or document management platforms.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Background reviewing transactional documents, including contracts, title materials, and closing-related records.

• Should have an interest working with social media and Website Directors.
