Sr. Pricing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end pricing strategy for legacy software offerings and new products entering the market.
• Develop and refine pricing frameworks that support evolving product packaging and commercialization plans.
• Collaborate with product solution leaders and cross-functional teams to translate market objectives into effective pricing structures.
• Evaluate competitive positioning, customer value, and market trends to recommend pricing actions that improve business performance.
• Take ownership of pricing governance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong decision-making across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing models for different customer segments, channels, and market opportunities.
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, and operational stakeholders where needed to align pricing considerations with broader business processes.
• Present pricing recommendations and supporting analysis to leadership and key decision-makers.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in pricing, with the ability to independently lead complex pricing initiatives.• Proven background in software or technology pricing, including experience supporting both established and emerging products.
• Strong ability to build, assess, and optimize pricing models in dynamic market environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, commercial, and operational teams.
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn market information into actionable pricing recommendations.
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics, supply chain management, purchase requests, global supply chain, or related operational functions is valued.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment at multiple levels of the organization.
