Office Services Associate 2 (2-4 years)

Compensation: $20 to $22 Hourly

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily administrative operations and provide responsive service to internal and external customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office setting, enjoys balancing clerical tasks with communication-focused work, and can maintain accuracy across a range of business support activities. This is a Long-term Contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to essential office functions while helping keep workflows organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line office support by responding to inbound calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and delivering attentive customer service.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, distribute correspondence promptly, and maintain organized filing systems for business records.
• Enter, update, and verify information in databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and routine written communications using Microsoft Word and other office applications.
• Support financial and administrative tasks such as check handling, basic payroll-related activities, and transaction record maintenance.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to track information, prepare logs, and support reporting needs.
• Coordinate general clerical duties to help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and timely completion of assigned work.
• Review data and documents for completeness, resolve minor discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in office support, clerical administration, or a similar business environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle inbound calls professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and standard office software applications.
• Experience with data entry, database updates, and maintaining accurate business records.
• Ability to manage mail distribution, filing, and other high-volume administrative tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with check processing, payroll support functions, or related transactional office work.
• Strong proofreading skills, written communication abilities, and careful attention to detail.
• Comfortable using 10-key input and working with multiple systems in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
