Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to support staffing efforts in a contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding candidates through the selection process, partnering closely with interview teams, and creating a positive experience from initial outreach through onboarding preparation. The position will focus on interview coordination, candidate evaluation support, sourcing activities, and providing introductory training on licensing expectations, company tools, and digital resources.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams to keep the process organized and efficient.
• Participate in interviews to help assess candidate fit and support a consistent selection process.
• Source talent through recruiting channels, online platforms, and targeted outreach strategies.
• Review resumes and screen applicants to identify individuals whose background aligns with staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Guide selected candidates through offer-related steps and help ensure a smooth transition into the role.
• Deliver introductory training that familiarizes new team members with licensing requirements, company systems, the website, and relevant social media tools.
• Work with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting coordination and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the selection cycle.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and building applicant pipelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct initial candidate screening effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable participating in interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple openings and schedules at once.

Compensation

$28.00-$32.00 Hourly
