Office Coordinator
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical office, or urgent care setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, detail oriented, and compassionate approach Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential patient and business information Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical office procedures preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredCompensation
