Business Analyst

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Business Analyst (contract). In this role, will partner closely with product, technology, and business teams to gather requirements, support Agile development efforts, and help drive successful project outcomes across multiple strategic initiatives. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and technical resources to support project goals and solution delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and communicate updates across teams.
• Support testing efforts, validate requirements, and assist with issue resolution during implementation.
• Manage multiple initiatives, track risks and dependencies, and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation within project management and collaboration tools.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting technology and business initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting testing, validation, and project delivery activities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Agile, Scrum, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
