What You'll Do
- Own quarterly closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting for complex private equity funds
- Oversee capital calls, distributions, audits, and annual financial statements
- Partner closely with external fund administrators while serving as the internal technical accounting expert
- Support fund operations across sophisticated investment structures
- Help improve processes while working alongside experienced investment finance professionals
Qualifications:
You're Likely a Great Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of private equity fund accounting experience
- CPA designation (required)
- Big 4 foundation with a mix of public accounting and private equity experience is highly preferred
- Strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to continue learning
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation
