Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support reporting, dashboard development, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This person will be responsible for gathering business requirements, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, creating SQL-based reports, analyzing data trends, and helping stakeholders make informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data from multiple sources, translating business needs into clear reporting solutions, and partnering with both technical and non-technical teams. This role will also support automation and workflow improvements using low-code platforms and other business tools to streamline reporting and operational processes.

Qualifications:

Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports

Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, pulling data, and creating reports

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting or dashboard solutions

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders

Experience working with low-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar tools

Familiarity with data visualization best practices and reporting accuracy

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple reporting requests

Experience with Excel, data validation, and report troubleshooting

Prior experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
