What you'll do
✔ Identify proactive tax planning opportunities by reviewing client tax returns
✔ Prepare tax projections and multi-year planning strategies
✔ Analyze Roth conversions, RMDs, charitable giving, IRMAA, and capital gain strategies
✔ Participate in client meetings alongside advisors
✔ Build cash flow analyses and financial planning recommendations
✔ Collaborate with CPAs, EAs, and other client advisors
Qualifications:
Who they're looking for
• Active CPA or EA
• 5+ years of tax experience
• Strong individual tax preparation and review experience
• Passion for tax planning and financial planning
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
