Data Entry Clerk – Medical Device Company

This role plays an essential part in maintaining the accuracy of inventory records, customer information, and production documentation that directly supports life-changing products. Responsibilities

Data & Records Management

• Enter and maintain customer, vendor, and inventory information
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entering data
• Update product records and production documentation
• Audit electronic files and correct discrepancies
• Organize digital records and maintain document control standards

Administrative Support

• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
• Support multiple departments with administrative projects
• Communicate with internal teams regarding missing or incomplete information
• Maintain confidentiality of company records

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of data entry or administrative experience
• Excellent typing speed with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment
• Medical device or manufacturing experience preferred
