Project Manager

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Project Manager (Contract). In this role, you will lead technology initiatives from planning through execution. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful outcomes while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for technology-focused initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners.
• Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and project updates to ensure alignment and progress.
• Support project governance, change management, and established delivery methodologies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT project management, project coordination, or related technology delivery experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with enterprise project management platforms is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation, integration, or business process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
